Description:
In command line while editing a command I press 'Delete' key. It's
suggested: character at right side of cursor to be erased. But nothing
happends with character. Only symbol '~' and beep sound appears.
For example I type a command ('$' is a command prompt):
$ man bash
When I set cursor between space character and letter 'b' and press 'Del'
twice I hear two beep sounds and get the following command line content:
$ man ~~bash
instead of suggested
$ man sh
