I have often wished for an easy way to treat - and _ as case-insensitive
mappings to one another, similar to how tcsh does case-insensitive
completion. With that in place, I don't need to use the shift key, even
for completion on files like a_b (just type a, -, <tab>). Any chance
readline 6.0 can offer a configuration parameter for this ability?
