Initially the problem was observed by Rolf Eike Beer on elfutils as
https://bugs.gentoo.org/619706.

There elutils test suite caught that ld produces R_SPARC_NONE relocations on
PIE executables.

Attaching small archive with 3 object files hopefully enough to reproduce the
problem.
