    Change the default characteristics of DLLs built by the linker to more
secure settings.

caused:

/ld-new: address 0x1000 of tmpdir/bintest section `.reloc' is not within region
`RAM'^M

tmpdir/bintest section `.bss' will not fit in region `RAM'^M

region `RAM' overflowed by 17 bytes^M
