ld/testsuite/ld-plugin/pr24406-1.c test passes for x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/glibc,
but fails for cross-toolchain arm-none-eabi/newlib:
ld/testsuite/ld-plugin/pr24406-1.c:14: undefined reference to `__wrap_read'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Both targets have been tested with current binutils HEAD.
