Then, how can I know from within TC_FROB_LABEL tell what is the next character
after the label?  If in one case (quoted symbol) INPUT_LINE_POINTER is pointing
to ':' and in the other case (not quoted symbol) INPUT_LINE_POINTER is past the
':' and I can't tell which case is which from TC_FROB_LABEL.
