The patch to fix this bug

When executing the command "gprofng collect app -h" on the Phytium platform,
gprofng reports an error "HW counter profiling is not supported on this
system". When collecting and analyzing application performance data,
cache-misses data cannot be collected.
Phytium is an important CPU manufacturer and brand in China, and this issue
will affect the use of all Phytium users.
We have fixed this bug. The patch is attached, which involves only a small
amount for code modifications, but the important CPU manufacturer information
code is included.
