    I came across ccd2cue researching other software. 

     In this section of the page...

gpg --verify ccd2cue-0.5.tar.gz.sig

If that command fails because you don’t have the required public key, then run this command to import it:

gpg --recv-keys 0x28D618AF --keyserver hkp://keys.gnupg.net

          ... however those commands fail (Devuan Linux) for the
      following reasons:

    ~/Desktop/osTesting/ccd2cueGnuSoftware$ gpg --verify
    ccd2cue-0.5.tar.gz.sig
    gpg: keybox '/home/bogs/.gnupg/pubring.kbx' created
    gpg: assuming signed data in 'ccd2cue-0.5.tar.gz'
    gpg: Signature made Thu 12 Mar 2015 11:11:07 PM EDT
    gpg:                using RSA key 27B9C6FD28D618AF
    gpg: Can't check signature: No public key

~/Desktop/osTesting/ccd2cueGnuSoftware$ gpg --recv-keys 0x28D618AF --keyserver hkp://keys.gnupg.net
gpg: Note: '--keyserver' is not considered an option
gpg: "--keyserver" not a key ID: skipping
gpg: "hkp://keys.gnupg.net" not a key ID: skipping
gpg: keyserver receive failed: No data
