[bug-classpath] [Bug cp-tools/23235] New: [cp-tools] Provide keytool command

Hi,

we got a wishlist bug for using the ant keygen task
with free vm's in debian. For that the keytool
command is needed.

I am aware that this is not of high priority
but I wanted to record this wishlist here upstream.
