Suggested fix
Here's a suggested fix, against gjdoc CVS.
Issues 1) and 2) are fixed by always testing whether contentPageLoaded() is
available before invoking it. Issue 3) is fixed by using "parent" instead of
"top". I'm not aware of any regressions this patch would cause.
