[Bug swing/23533] New: partially off-screen popups aren't translated back on screen

One nitpick remains: when I open the popup-menu near the bottom right
corner of the screen, the popup extends beyond the screen border.
Similar for popups that extend only below or to the right of the screen.

The JDK automatically translates the menu back in such cases, so as to
make the whole JMenu visible.
