[Bug swing/23678] New: JFileChooser's header gets scrambled with long directory names

JFileChooser's header gets scrambled when the "Look In" JCombobox list includes
a directory with a long filename.  To see the results, simply create a directory
"thisisareallylongdirectoryname" on your system, open a JFileChooser, and browse
to that directory.

The problem is fairly practical because a directory as short as "classpath"
caused the problem on my system with the default JFileChooser window size.
