[Bug gjdoc/24045] New: Support for specifying a subdirectory where to build gjdoc

At the moment gnu classpath builds gjdoc the root directory of the build system.
It would be better from the Gentoo packaging perspective to be able to specify a
subdirectory in which to build the gjdoc. That way installing the gjdoc would be
easier in the ebuild and more maintainable.
