Confirmed. Note that there is a secondary bug here in that
gnu.java.net.protocol.file.Connection.getOutputStream doesn't
throw "java.net.UnknownServiceException: protocol doesn't support output" as
it should.
The real bug is that TransformerImpl.writeStreamResult() tries to use the URL
connection stuff when the URL is a file URL.
