Hi,
as you may know apache xerces also ships the sax classes as
xml-commons-external.
Looking at the newly released xerces 2.7 and the its included
xml-commons-external
classes they are handling this incompability with SUN's SAX classes through
just commenting out the part which throws IllegalStateException.
