[Bug awt/24205] New: GtkVolatileImage.createGraphics needs to be implemented

The method GtkVolatileImage.createGraphics returns null, it should return a
valid Graphics object. I have implemented an improved alternative painting
mechanism for Swing which makes use of native double buffering via
Window.getBufferStrategy(), and this method is definitly needed for it to work.
