[Bug gjdoc/24283] New: @param output malformed

I noticed a problem with the gjdoc output for parameter descriptions in the
TitledBorder class.  For example, see the setTitlePosition() method and notice
that only the first "valid value" is listed - the rest appear in the method
description above.  Another example is the setTitleJustification() method. 
Looking in the TitledBorder source code, it appears as though the problem may
be triggered when the @param text spans multiple lines, because the text from
the first line appears, but not the second line.  However, there is another
interesting case, getTitleJustification() has the correct output and spans
multiple lines (the difference in this case might be that each line ends with
an open ended 'address@hidden').
