I get this error trying to install Classpath on FreeBSD: gmake[3]: Entering directory `/usr/home/archie/classpath/classpath-0.05/doc/api' gmake[3]: Nothing to be done for `install-exec-am'. /bin/sh ../../mkinstalldirs /usr/local/classpath/share/classpath/api mkdir -p -- /usr/local/classpath/share/classpath/api gmake[3]: execvp: /bin/sh: Argument list too long gmake[3]: *** [install-data-local] Error 127 P.S. How about adding FreeBSD to the list of choices when submitting a bug? ------- Comment #1 from from-classpath at savannah dot gnu dot org 2003-05-02 03:25 ------- I think I'm going to place the docs into a separate .tar.gz when making a dist. Still have to fix your problem though... must be a limit on command arguments. ------- Comment #2 from from-classpath at savannah dot gnu dot org 2003-07-29 11:53 ------- Just changing it back to open so I don't miss it. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22679
