[Bug swing/24359] JPopupMenu broken due to BoxLayout/SizeRequirements changes

OK, the bug is back (with classpath cvs 2005.10.20), but I cannot manage
to reproduce it reliably (jamvm 1.3.2 on linux-x86).

Sometimes, running jamvm in a new shell will trigger the bug (and the 
application fails), sometimes jamvm with the same settings works.
The stacktrace is the same as given in the first report, only the 
checkRequirements() call is now at line 359.

This seems to be a race conditions somewhere, possibly kernel and window
manager related. I tried to debug this, but got nowhere yet. Will post
updates as soon as I have useable data.
