[Bug gjdoc/24553] New: Problem with @link tags in parameter descriptions

There seems to be a problem with the output generated for @link tags in
parameter descriptions.  For example, see the createDecreaseButton() method in
the MetalScrollBarUI class in the GNU Classpath API docs:

I verified that the bug still occurs with the latest CVS version of gjdoc.
