[Bug classpath/24773] New: release script to check various configure options/permutations

Either use DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS in the top level Makefile.am or a script
that runs make distcheck for various permutations of (optional) configure
options like --with-jay --with-gjdoc --with-ecj --with-gcjx --with-jikes
--enable-gtk-cairo --enable-qt-peer --enable-alsa --enable-dssi --enable-xmlj
--enable-Werror etc.
