The following program doesn't throw an exception in Java.

import java.util.ListIterator;
import java.util.ArrayList;

public class Program
{
    public static void main(String[] args)
    {
        ArrayList list = new ArrayList();
        list.add(new Object());
        list.add(new Object());
        list.add(new Object());
        ListIterator it = list.listIterator(1);
        it.next();
        list.remove(1);
        it.nextIndex();
    }
}
