[Bug swing/25517] New: JFormattedTextField doesn't fire ActionEvent when VK_ENTER is hit

JFormattedTextField should fire an ActionEvent on VK_ENTER when its value is
valid . It currently doesn't event fire an ActionEvent under any conditions.
