[Bug classpath/25907] New: javax.imageio.stream.ImageInputStream should inherit java.io.InputStream

Some code out there (e.g. Zimbra) assumes it can cast a
javax.imageio.stream.FileImageInputStream to a java.io.InputStream.

This seems to work in (some?) non-free JDKs, but not in Classpath based ones
