[Bug swing/25969] New: JTree should appear with the root node expanded

Our JTree appears with the root node colapsed: all tree consists of the single
line (the root node). Under Sun's jre the same tree appears with the root node
expanded. Appearing always colapsed forces the user always manipulate with the
mouse expanding the tree.

Use the bug 25205 (http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25205) test
case. It runs both under Sun's and Classpath implementations.
