[Bug swing/26003] New: JTree expanding of nodes

When a JTree is placed inside a JScrollPane and a node is expanded, the
scrollpane always jumps to its top position which makes it necessary to scroll
down again to the expanded node. This can be examined very well in the JTree
example of the Swing demo.
