[Bug classpath/26089] New: Missing implementation of HostnameVerifier etc.

Just noticed that we miss a correct implementation of the interface
javax.net.ssl.HostnameVerifier and also its usage during connection
to a https host (see TODO in gnu.java.net.protocol.http.HTTPURLConnection)

The current implementation in javax.net.ssl.TrivialHostnameVerifier
always returns false.
