[Bug xml/26321] New: AElfred: spurious error reported for parameter entity

AElfred reports a spurious error for a correct DTD. The DTD (xbug80.dtd) reads:

<!ENTITY % foo "dog">
<!ELEMENT %foo; EMPTY>

The error message is:

Error on line 2 column 11 of file:/c:/MyJava/tests/testsuite/bug/xbug80.dtd:
  not a name start character: "U+25"

I will attach a source XML file referencing this DTD that shows the problem.

(Note: this, and the other reported problems, worked correctly with a previous
version of GNU Classpath)
