Hi,

I checked in a fix for this particular issue.

There are some more fixes for JabRef in CVS now.
It does startup now and shows two windows. But unfortunately it is using some
Graphics2D (for no apparent reason) and the custom look and feel it uses seems
troublesome.

Best action would be to remove the Graphics2D and custom laf from the sources
and try again against a recent (CVS) snapshot of classpath. Please file
addition bug reports for any other issues you might find.
