Updated patch

Updated patch -- adding dummy implementations of setFeature and getFeature to
gnu.xml.dom.JAXPFactory, gnu.xml.dom.DomDocumentBuilderFactory and
gnu.xml.libxmlj.dom.GnomeDocumentBuilderFactory to keep them working
