Beginning of Firing Phase; right-mouse-click on a unit to produce the error.

This saved game file that contains two units deployed next to each other at the
start of the Firing Phase.  If bug #26517 can be resolved, I expect that the
SAV file can be used to quickly return to the exact moment where a RMB press
causes a failure.
