[Bug classpath/26548] java.rmi.activation.Activable is a stub

Some code is now comitted, and the activation classes are no longer plain
stubs. Some simple applications like the tutorials on object activation already
work. Surely the activation system is not yet fully complete, but as it is no
longer a stub I close this report.
