[Bug swing/26746] New: JTable body in the scroll pane is bottom-aligned.

If the JTable is smaller than the scroll pane, the table header is still on the
top of the window, but the table body is bottom aligned. It is possible to
observe this using our swing demo (the internal frames are resizeable by
dragging the bottom boundary down) or by running the
gnu.classpath.examples.swing.TableDemo as a standalone program and then
resizing the application frame outside the table boundaries.
