[Bug swing/26809] New: JViewport - scrollToRect is too eager

I you have a JTextArea with two lines of text in it, which itself is placed
into a JViewport (eg. as part of a JScrollPane) and place the caret in the 2nd
line the viewport will scroll down although this is not neccessary.

I already found out that the JViewport.scrollToRect() method seems to be the
reason for this misbehavior.
