[Bug swing/27072] New: Problem selecting last menu item from drop-down menu

When the mouse is moved past the last menu item in a menu and you move the
mouse back over the menu item, it fails to become selected.

To reproduce:

Select a menu from an application's menu bar and drag past the last menu item.
The menu will remain open. Now move the mouse up and try to select the last
menu item. The last menu item will not select, but if you continue moving up to
the menu item before the last, this one will be selected.
