[Bug awt/27737] New: TODO: Implement java.awt.PrintJob

This is the 'other' AWT printing API, which harks back to the AWT 1.1 days.
It's very crude and simple. It can and should be implemented on the
java.awt.print APIs, which isn't a very hard job now that they're mostly
implemented.
