This might or might not be related to my menu problem, but I just got a nice
screenshot of another clipping issue while playing with a testcase for JToolTip
(now bug #27957).

I got the same tooltip to be drawn at three different places (and I fear I am
going mad, but I swear that the newest tooltip in the screenshot is the
bottommost one. So the active tooltip somehow ended up clipped by the remains
of the previous ones...)
