[Bug classpath/27990] New: JAP uses full CPU after start up

After startin JAP with "jamvm -jar JAP.jar" or "cacao -jar JAP.jar" it uses
full CPU for a long time. I waited about a minute but it still used all cpu. I
think there is some endless loop somewhere. With the SUN JDK it uses full cpu
for about 1-2 seconds. Then it uses nearly no cpu.
