[Bug crypto/28100] New: DESede does not support 112 bit keys

Seems that the Sun and other implementations support 2 key triple DES where the
two keys are given as independant keys and the third is taken to be equal to
the one of these keys for the E-D-E steps. Our implementation seems to
explicitly require 168 bit key inputs (i.e 3 keys of 56 bits)?
