[Bug swing/28061] JTree issues and regressions

The keyboard navigation works for me whatever I do... However I noticed some
differences in focus handling. In Classpath, the focused tree node looses the
focus (that is indicated by removing the outer rectangle around selection) if
some other frame becomes focused and also if the tree window is maximized or
resized. Without focus, it is not responding to the key events: to have the
keyboard navigation working again, you must click somewhere on the tree. Let me
known if you observer only this or also something else.

The repainting problem seems a complex case, I am even not sure if this is
really tree related. Hope we will find in the future, what is wrong.
