Packages that have native code are compiled and have there docs generated once
per platform. Unfortunately there is no way to separate out the docs from just
one of the builds and include it with the other builds.

Ok, I've updated the patch to include this option. We will probably still patch
disable the timestamp by default in Fedora. It still would be nice to get this
patch into gjdoc though.
