[Bug classpath/28537] New: gcjwebplugin should call the versioned gappletviewer (honor transform/program_transform_name)

[debian-gcc at lists dot debian dot org]

when gcc is configure using --program-suffix, gappletviewer is installed with
the suffix, but the plugin calls the unversioned program name.

mjw didn't care about the component, as long as it would be assigned to fitzsim
