Testcase producing output demonstrating problem with SimpleDateFormat
Two bugs demonstrated here. First is that the TimeZone object returned by
getDefault() is wrong [or, at least, wildly unhelpful], and second that the
short timezone code as displayed by SimpleDateFormat is wrong.
