[Bug swing/28650] New: Regression:JTree is not responding to the keyboard

As of Aug 8, 2006, JTree keyboard control (node navigation) seems non
functional. This is broken very recently. The problem seems related to the
focus management, because even after the direct mouse click on the tree node it
is still painted without frame (=not focused)
