[Bug classpath/30291] Out of memeory error when building the CVS version

The percent of the used user memory raises from the initial 199 till 278 Mb
immediately before crash. The total amount of memory is seen as 978. I have an
impression that the -Xmx - like option may be missing somewhere?

The problem only raises when I am trying to build the current version after the
CVS check, today, 25/12/2006. I still can build without any problems the 0.93
release  and the 2006/05/16 CVS checkout with Eclipse, using configure
--with-ecj for both. Hence the building environment seems relatively sane. I
did two CVS checks into empty folder to be sure.
