[Bug classpath/31171] New: second part of copy-vmresources.sh shellscript is broken and should be removed

The second part of the copy-vmresources.sh shellscript (as in gcc-4.1.2) is
broken. It creates some non-sensical empty directories and writes corresponding
nonsense to stdout. This part should be removed as per the attached patch (also
describing in detail what kind of directories are created).

It might be that the first part of that script isn't needed either, I just
don't know.
