confirmed.
I just saw the same problem on a system where xulrunner was installed but there
were some dependency problems. pkg-config reported the following:
(sid)289:address@hidden: ~] pkg-config --libs "xulrunner-plugin"
Package 'Mozilla Plug-In API' requires 'xulrunner-xpcom = 1.8.0.10' but version
of XPCOM is 1.8.0.11
