[Bug classpath/32844] EnumSet causes code to be miscompiled

I added a patch for it. Tested with libgcj make check:

                === libjava Summary ===

# of expected passes            2546

and with ecj+gcj built using jtreg on javac's regression tests, with as good
results as javac built javac.
