[Bug classpath/37114] New: Bug reporting links are wrong

The bug reporting links on the classpath website are wrong. For example, if you
go to this page:

https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=additem&group=classpath

And choose Bugs > Browse from the menu, you will see no bugs. In fact, the
correct link is here:

http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?product=classpath&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=SUSPENDED&bug_status=WAITING&bug_status=REOPENED

The other items in the Bugs menu are also incorrect.

In addition, the page here exposes HTML codes in the Preamble section:
