What is in
/opt/oe-core/build/tmp-eglibc-eglibc/sysroots/qemuarm/opt/oe-core/build/tmp-eglibc-eglibc/sysroots/qemuarm/usr/include/freetype2?

Because:

shows ftglyph.h here.  Looks like a bad FreeType or Gtk+ installation.
